I placed my order successfully, when will I receive it?
We strive to ensure that all orders being shipped ground can be received in 5-7 business days. Due to COVID-19 and extra precautions we are taking to ensure your safety deliveries may take longer than usual due to postal delays outside of our control. New RX orders are also dependent on approval from your veterinarian. To help speed up the process you can contact your vet to let them know we will be reaching out for the RX approval.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm Pacific and Saturdays from 9am - 1pm Pacific.
Is it easy to create an account?
Yes! It is very easy and straight forward. Just go under my account > select create account. Here just fill out your Full Name, email address, and password. Once you have done this you are all set. Upon checking out, we will ask for some more information about your pet. This information will be saved on your account so that future orders are quick and easy!
What information is needed in creating an account?
When creating an account online, we will ask for your information along with all the necessary information about your pet so we can assure that we are dispensing the proper medication for your animal. You will be asked to provide your pets age, weight, breed, along with medical conditions. This information will be saved to your account for quick orders in the future. Can I return a product?
Yes, as long as it is within 30 days from the date of purchase and is not a prescription product.
How do I cancel my autoship order?
Make sure you're logged in to your account. If you're using a desktop computer click your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Manage Autoship. Find the autoship order you want to cancel and click the garbage can icon. If you're using a mobile phone or tablet click the user icon in the right corner of the screen, then click Manage Autoship. Find the autoship order you want to cancel and click the garbage can icon.
